Corevyz Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Corevyz handles information across our public website, app, source connections, and AI-assisted operating workflows.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Corevyz websites, including corevyz.com, the Corevyz application at app.corevyz.com, and related services we provide to companies and their authorized users.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact details, such as name, email address, company, role, and messages you send us.
  • Account details, such as user profile, organization, role, permissions, and sign-in activity.
  • Customer content and business context that authorized users provide or connect, including source metadata, files, notes, prompts, responses, and integration data.
  • Connected source data that tenant admins authorize us to access, such as accounting, analytics, advertising, CRM, operational, document, or other business-system data.
  • Technical and usage data, such as device, browser, IP address, logs, diagnostics, cookie data, page views, and product interactions.

3. Source connections and credentials

Corevyz is designed so each company controls its own source connections. Where possible, we use OAuth, API tokens, service identities, or other revocable authorization methods instead of asking for provider passwords. Credentials and tokens are stored in protected secret storage or vault systems, while the application stores safe references and status metadata.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, operate, and improve Corevyz.
  • Authenticate users and enforce tenant boundaries, roles, and permissions.
  • Connect, validate, sync, normalize, and explain authorized business sources.
  • Generate source-backed briefings, diagnostics, recommendations, and workflow context.
  • Support customers, troubleshoot issues, monitor reliability, and prevent abuse.
  • Communicate about the service, product updates, security notices, and administrative matters.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

5. AI-assisted processing

Corevyz may use AI systems and model providers to help generate briefings, summaries, diagnostics, and answers. We design these workflows to use the minimum relevant context, avoid sending secrets in prompts, and keep human review in the path for material business decisions. We do not intentionally use customer connected-source data to train public foundation models.

6. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and operate Corevyz.
  • Integration providers when an authorized user connects or uses a third-party source.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, or authorities when required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
  • A successor or affiliate if Corevyz is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

We do not sell customer business data, and we do not use connected-source data for third-party advertising.

7. Security and tenant separation

Corevyz uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data, including tenant separation, role-based access, protected secret storage, encryption, logging, and least-privilege access patterns. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. When a company disconnects a source or requests deletion, we will delete, disable, or de-identify applicable records where reasonably possible, subject to backups, logs, legal obligations, and fraud-prevention needs.

9. Choices and rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of personal information, subject to verification and applicable law. You may also opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

10. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to run the website, understand usage, improve performance, and measure interest in Corevyz. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some features may not work correctly.

11. Children

Corevyz is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers or update the effective date above.
