Corevyz Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Corevyz websites, applications, integrations, and AI-assisted operating workflows unless a separate written agreement applies.

Effective April 28, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between Corevyz and the company or person using the service. If you use Corevyz on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Corevyz provides an AI-assisted operating layer for small and mid-sized businesses. The service helps authorized users connect business sources, build context, generate source-backed briefings, route issues to executive lenses, and support human-reviewed decisions.

3. Accounts, tenants, and admins

Customer accounts are organized by company tenant. Customer admins are responsible for inviting authorized users, assigning roles, managing source connections, reviewing outputs, and ensuring users follow these terms. Corevyz platform admins may access operational tooling only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

4. Customer data and permissions

Customers retain ownership of their business data, connected-source data, prompts, documents, and other content submitted to Corevyz. Customers grant Corevyz the rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, transform, and transmit that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to connect third-party sources and provide data to Corevyz.

5. Integrations and credentials

When an authorized user connects a third-party service, Corevyz may access data from that service according to the permissions granted. Customers are responsible for reviewing provider permissions, disconnecting sources that should no longer be used, and complying with third-party terms. Corevyz may disable an integration if it creates security, legal, reliability, or platform risk.

6. AI outputs and human review

Corevyz uses AI to support analysis, summarization, diagnostics, and workflow routing. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on missing or stale data. Corevyz does not replace professional judgment and does not make autonomous material business decisions on your behalf. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Corevyz is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, insurance, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for those matters.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Corevyz to:

  • Break the law or violate third-party rights.
  • Access another tenant's data or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Submit malware, secrets you are not authorized to use, or unlawful content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • Use outputs as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions without qualified human review.

8. Confidentiality and security

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only to fulfill these terms or a related agreement. Corevyz uses safeguards designed to protect customer data, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Beta and preview features

Some features may be labeled beta, preview, planned, experimental, or similar. Those features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued, and should not be used for production-critical workflows unless Corevyz expressly states otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

Corevyz and its software, designs, documentation, workflows, models of operation, and brand assets are owned by Corevyz or its licensors. Except for customer data and rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred.

11. Fees

Fees, billing terms, and subscription details are governed by the applicable order form, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If no paid agreement is in place, Corevyz may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to unpaid or trial services.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or platform risk; violates these terms; or if required by law. Customers may stop using the service or request account closure by contacting Corevyz.

13. Disclaimers

Corevyz is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be complete, accurate, or fit for every business purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corevyz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers or update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
